I was glad because they told me“I have done origami before.” But it was not easy for them.Almost all of the students gave up on making an origami crane.After that, we sang 2 songs: “Under the spreading chestnuttree” is a traditional British folk song, so the FPU studentssang it in Japanese and the St. Andrew’s Elementary schoolstudents sang it in English. And then, finally, we tried to sing ittogether, in both languages.I will never forget this wonderful and very moving experience.Thank you.35
