After graduating, a student may find employment as a regional policy or regional welfare policy planner (planning/welfare divisions of the municipal government), in mass media, private research institutions, or the planning division or research institute of private enterprises.

After graduating, a student may find employment in national and municipal administrative agencies handling welfare policies (local welfare centers or welfare offices or child consultation offices), or as a social worker at public or private social welfare facilities (facilities for children, the mentally and physically handicapped, and/or the elderly), and/or health institutions (hospitals, rehabilitation centers).
Furthermore, as a social welfare graduate, there may also be job opportunities in private companies and/or organizations.

After graduating, a student may find employment in the field of infant education/nursing (kindergartens, public nurseries, child welfare facilities) or promoting life-long education (community centers, social education centers) or counseling at medical/welfare institutions and/or schools and/or private companies.
